  • What is Nibble?

Nibble is not a market place, it is a platform for investing in loans, issued by the companies joint under Joymoney brand within IT Smart Finance holding. Nibble is included in ITSF holding and acts as a link between investors and lenders. The platform offers a flexible investment concept that suits even beginning investors.

  • How to top up the balance?

After completing the registration process and personal identification, there are two ways you can top up your Nibble account: using your personal debit/credit card or via a bank transfer from your current bank account in any bank in the Eurozone. The minimum top-up amount is €10.

  • How to invest?

To become a Nibble investor, you should be of legal age, have a residence permit of the European Union and have an account in any European bank. On a separate note, we are ready to consider investors outside the EU or who do not have a bank account in the EU, but this will require additional personal verification.

Sign up, verify your identity and deposit money into your Nibble account. After you top up the account, choose an investment strategy according to your income and risk expectations, create an investment portfolio under the required parameters. Here you go — you have become our investor!

  • How to withdraw money?

At the end of the investment period or if you want to withdraw your funds prior, we allow you to do this, using a verified bank account or a credit/debit card, i.e. only that account from which the initial investment was deposited. If for any reason you need to withdraw your money to an account/a card account different from the original one, you will have to verify them first. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50.

  • Who can become an investor on Nibble?

Any individual or legal person registered in the European Union with a bank account in one of the European countries can become a Nibble investor. EU investors go through a simplified AML procedure. We are also ready to welcome investors outside the EU, but this will require an additional personal AML check considering the following information:
the origin of funds; a real beneficiary; lack of PEP (Politically exposed person) status or of being on other sanctions lists; personal ID of an investor.

Each case will be considered individually. If you are interested in Nibble or have more questions about us, please, send your request at support@nibble.finance

  • How is an investment interest calculated?

The interest is accrued on a daily basis. The income on your investment portfolio is deposited to your Nibble account every week, and the investment amount is automatically reinvested in new loans before the portfolio expires. You can independently invest the income in new portfolios or transfer it to your bank account.

  • Why do you need verification?

Nibble strongly follows the strict standards of the European anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, user verification, personal data storage and usage. On the one hand, the purpose of identity verification is to ensure and guarantee the security of your funds and transactions. On the other hand, it is meant to simplify business processes and to make them transparent and efficient. We ensure your secure identification in cooperation with our partner — Veriff service.
